October 26th

Great workout, tons of office work. I feel good, b/c I turned in all my papers for this week, took 2 tests,  and made some posts. Tomorrow evening I need to finish my sermons and then Sunday I'll take my tests and finalize posts.

Meal:
Two eggs, E-Toast
2 Plums, 2 bananas
cup of mixed nuts
big bowl of popcorn (bad decision of the day)
several cups of tea
gallon of h2o

Workout: all treadmill
10 min warmup
5 min @ 4.2
5 min @ 4.5
5 min @ 4.8
5 min @ 5.1
5 min @ 4.8
5 min @ 4.5
5 min@ 4.0.   1.0 elevation
5 min @ 4.0.  3.0 elevation
5 min @ 4.0   1.0 elevation
5 min cool down
