October 17th "AWESOMENESS DAY!!!"

I meet Barb in Abilene and it was so great to see her. We ate with mom and dad @ Chili's and I had broccoli  and an amazing (not too low fat) grilled chicken sandwich. She talked all the way home telling me everything she did. It was really good to catch up. I missed her BAD!!! It was nice to have her back.

Shake with the usual
RAW bar
grilled chicken sandwich

Workout:
5 min warmup
3 min treadmill @ 4.0
25 min treadmill moving up and down between 4.3 & 6.5
5 min cool down
