November 13th Back in the saddle

I had a good start this morning. Felt pretty good and I knew I need to hit the gym (skipped Sunday AND Monday, but walked a good ways w/ Barb Saturday). KC seems to be feeling a little better this morning. She has kinda been sick at her stomach the last few days. Went to a parent/teacher yesterday. KC is doing good, but we have to start spending a lot more time reading with her! This is a pretty good week for catching up in school and sermons. Just a matter of hunkering down and doing it! Better get started, until then...

meals:
1 egg, 1 piece of E-toast, 1 piece of cinnamon E-toast w/ honey
6 oz coke zero & a jar of h2o to drink w/ breakfast
Barb's punch (sweetened w/ honey) 3 or 4 glasses
Bowl soup, veggie burger on muffin
package of pistachio
several glasses of tea
several glasses of water

workout:
5 min warm up
12 min @ 4.5
8 min @ 5.0
5 min @ 5.5
5 cool down
