5 min treadmill cool down
This is a journal of my random thoughts as I fight the battle of my life to lose weight! This journey began with inspiration from my wife. By the grace of God I've had some success, but I've got until December 23rd to look my best. Please say a prayer for an unhealthy fat boy trying to do better.
